Broadview Energy Solutions acquires DMT.

Since the founding of the company in 1987, DMT has grown to be one of the largest players in the field of renewable gas solutions. Such success is greatly attributed to the company’s biogas upgrading and desulfurization technology portfolio. During the last five years, the company successfully expanded its operations in the thriving U.S. market. Today, DMT continues to deliver year on year revenue growth.

To continue its growth trajectory, DMT shareholders (E.H.M. Dirkse Beheer BV and NV NOM) have decided to sell 100% of their holdings to Broadview Energy Solutions BV. Broadview, a Dutch company, is active in the field of LNG distribution.

With this new shareholder, DMT continues to further develop and expand its business as well as continue its mission in creating a sustainable world. DMT also continues to operate as a stand-alone company under the leadership of the current management team. Broadview Energy Solutions will support DMT to realize its long-term growth plan.

Erwin Dirkse, Owner & CEO of DMT for the last 22 years, now takes a seat in the supervisory board. As of May 20, 2021, Theo Zuijdwijk, formerly the chairman of DMT’s Supervisory Board, now leads DMT as the new CEO.
